Rozi
This is a dive which is very popular among both local divers and visitors to the Island. She is a tug which was scuttled in 1992 as an attraction for an underwater submarine for tourists.
Personally I am very dubious to dives like this. On the good side – the wreck is intact, there is plenty of fish and the visibilty is often fantastic. One the bad side – it really feels like Disneyland underwater. Being very interested in history this dive has little of interest to offer.
That said - the easy access and the good marine life means that this dive gets a rating of 3.

[...] The latest addition to Malta’s successful artificial reef program is the former East German mine sweeper P29 Boltenhagen. She was scuttled in 2007 in the popular dive area of Cirkewwa in Malta as the second wreck in the area – the first one is the very popular dive Rozi. [...]
